Don’t make your Spring Break plans until you read this!!!
Bastrop River Company is OPEN for Spring Break 2017: 9:00AM to 7:00PM daily MAKE A RESERVATION
Spring Break is a great time of year to visit the river. Leaves are turning green, flowers are blooming, wildlife is abustle, and the river is flowing full from early spring rains. This year hundreds of Texans will discover a new Spring Break river destination, right here in the heart of the Lost Pines. Every year more and more outdoor enthusiasts are choosing Bastrop and the Lower Colorado for their spring river recreation vacation. And for good reason too. While the Hill Country rivers are flooded with big crowds and rowdy behavior, Bastrop River Co offers a quieter peaceful nature lovers paradise.
The River Co is located right on the river in historically hip downtown Bastrop. After a day on the water explore historic Main Street Bastrop and take a trip back in time. Hundred year old buildings have been revitalized and become home to new restaurants, beautiful art galleries, and unique shops. Music echoes through the streets from a number of live venues, and cultural treasures exist around every corner. Find a full list of activities to keep you busy all week at www.DoMoreBastrop.com
Spring Break Happenings
There will be a full moon on March 12th. If the weather allows we will schedule a full moon paddle. This is a special treat if you can make it. But dress appropriately, it can still get a little chilly after dark this time of year.
Make a reservation with Bastrop River Co or drop by on a whim. The River Co will be open every day during Spring Break from 9:00AM to dusk. Enjoy a half-day, full-day, or overnight camping trip. Hourly rentals are also available if your short on time.
(Online reservations are available for certain times, but if you need to schedule another time just give us a call or drop by.)
